Dr. Ward and his staff are friendly, compassionate and dedicated to our patients comfort and care. Our patients are like family to us.

Suzanne has been Dr. Ward’s assistant for 18 years.  Her smile and magnetic personality immediately put our patients at ease. She has extensive knowledge of dentistry and expert knowledge of sterile technique.  She is passionate about staying informed on the current requirements for the safety of our patients. 

Julie and Cassandra have been in Dr. Ward’s front desk staff for 25 and 10 years respectively. They are both dedicated to excellent communication with our patients. They will do everything possible to work with your insurance company and make sure you understand the financial aspects of any procedure. They both have cheerful personalities and will always answer your questions with courtesy and patience.

All of Dr. Bob’s staff live in the Burien, Des Moines area and have been involved in the schools, youth sports, and area churches with their families. They all love meeting new people and adding them to our “dental family”!
